Caregiving is one of those life transitions that can flip your world upside down. Almost overnight, your identity shifts from being a daughter or a partner to being a provider for someone with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, chronic illness, or disability. You may also be part of the sandwich generation and have stepped into caring for your parents. It’s easy to get swallowed by the mental load and the invisible weight of a life that suddenly looks very different - one that’s often layered with anticipatory grief, ambiguous loss, caregiver guilt and total exhaustion.
In our work together, we create a warm space where you can finally drop the armor, take a breath, and just be you - not just the person holding everything together. Areas we can focus on include caregiver burnout, anticpatory grief, ambiguous loss, guilt, identity loss, guilt, self advocacy and finding balance while caring for someone with Alzheimer’s, Parkinsons, or another illness or disability.

Health Changes & Challenges
Adjusting to a new diagnosis or managing a chronic illness is about so much more than just medical appointments; it’s a deep shift in how you move through the world. It can feel like the ground has shifted beneath you, leaving you to navigate a new normal while you find your way through the grief and frustration that often come with health changes. The isolation of a chronic illness or new diagnosis is real, especially when it seems like the rest of the world is moving at a different pace.
we work together, we create a supportive space to sit with the emotional side of your health journey. We’ll look at how these changes impact your identity and daily life, focusing on ways to help you advocate for yourself and find your footing again as you build your path forward.
Whether you’re a new parent, in the thick of raising teenagers, facing the quiet of an empty nest, or navigating aging parents and shifting family dynamics, the roles we play are constantly evolving. These transitions often bring up big questions about who we are when our children’s needs change, and it’s natural to feel a mix of pride, loss, and uncertainty as the family dynamic shifts.
When we work together, we hold space for all of those in-between feelings. We’ll look at how to navigate these new chapters with a bit of patience - for your family and for yourself. We focus on making sure your own needs are prioritized as you redefine your role, helping you move forward with a sense of purpose and a deeper connection to yourself.

Career Changes & Leadership
Moving through a career change - whether it’s a pivot to a new industry, stepping into a leadership role role, or returning to work after a caregiving leave or career break - is about more than just a new title. These moments often spark big questions about your identity and can feel overwhelming as you try to balance your professional goals with the rest of your life.
When we work together, we look at the whole picture. We’ll explore what you truly want from this next chapter and tackle the internal shifts in confidence and communication that make external moves possible. For some, this also means exploring leadership skills - looking at how you show up, lead others, and navigate the challenges of a new or evolving role. We focus on making sure your path actually fits your life and that your own needs stay front and center as you move forward.
